Legal Cover Included
All eCar Standard Annual and Pay As You Go Monthly insurance policies come with Legal cover included in the price.
This covers you for any legal expenses (up to £100,000) you incur as the result of a non-fault accident in the insured vehicle.
This includes:
- Uninsured losses (such as damage to personal property in the vehicle)
- Claiming compensation for personal injuries
- Hiring a replacement vehicle
- Vehicle repairs (if you don't have comprehensive cover).
This policy is underwritten by AmTrust Europe Ltd and the service is provided by Angel Assistance Ltd.
